Built for operators, not administrators
Small vessel operators are experts at running their vessels. We're experts at keeping the compliance side of the job under control. That's the partnership.
We carry the compliance burden so you don't have to
Running a commercial vessel under 24m means being responsible for a constant, rolling calendar of safety equipment services, certificate renewals, and regulatory requirements. It's not a one-off job — it's ongoing, and the consequences of getting it wrong range from a failed inspection to a grounded vessel.
Marine Compliance Solutions was built specifically to take that burden off small operators who can't justify a full-time compliance resource but still need the job done properly.
We maintain a live register of every compliance item on your vessel, issue structured alerts ahead of every expiry, and — depending on your service tier — coordinate the action needed to keep your vessel in good standing. Every month, you receive a plain-English summary of your current compliance position.

Getting started with MCS is straightforward. We do the heavy lifting at setup, then keep everything running so you don't have to think about it.
Initial Audit
We document every safety item, certificate, and compliance requirement on your vessel — establishing a complete starting register.
Register Setup
Your live compliance register is built and configured with all current expiry dates, service intervals, and documentation references.
Ongoing Monitoring
We track everything continuously. Alerts go out at 90, 60, and 30 days before each expiry — automatically, every time.
Monthly Reporting
A clear compliance summary arrives each month so you always know exactly where you stand and what's coming up.
What we do — and what we don't
MCS is a compliance management and coordination partner. We're rigorous, we're proactive, and we make sure the right things happen at the right time. But we are not a regulatory body and we do not hold statutory authority.
Statutory responsibility for vessel compliance — including safety equipment, certifications, and regulatory adherence — remains with the Vessel Owner and Master. MCS supports and manages the compliance process; we do not replace or absorb those legal obligations.
